On each night a picture was attempted, we had to make sure everyone was home and in a cooperative mood (that almost NEVER happens in this house), we had to straighten hair, pick an outfit and put on some makeup. It was to say the least, a hassle, especially for the girls and very stressful for me trying to make sure no one had a melt down or looked at the other one funny, because that would have ended the nights photo session. So, now we are onto our fourth night and everyone is tired of this routine. Carly and Ashley are in their rooms getting ready, or so I thought. Carly comes out of her room all ready and looking beautiful. Ashley comes out of her room with her hair in a ponytail and wearing sweat pants. I ask why she is not ready and she says she doesn't feel like taking the picture. Well, this sends Carly into an uproar! Carly stamps into her room and slams the door. About a half hour later, Ashley has a change of heart and comes out of her room dressed and ready for the picture. I knock on Carly's door to tell her we are ready. She opens the door and now her hair is in a pony tail and she is wearing sweats. I convince her to get dressed and ready, again, and come take the picture, which she does, but is not happy about. Okay, so now Ashley is sitting in front of the tree ready for her picture to be taken. Here comes Carly who sits next to Ashley. I have the camera ready and I am just about to take the first picture when Ashley turns to Carly and says "that's what your wearing?" I look at Ashley like, ARE YOU CRAZY?!?!?!? Carly stands up, very upset and throws a box at Ashley. The box hits Ashley in the eye! Ashley is fuming. Ashley gets up and chases Carly into the bathroom. Carly is scared, she knows Ashley is about to pounce on her. Carly decides to hide in the shower, were Ashley finds her immediately. The next thing I hear is the shower turn on! Ashley storms out of the bathroom and says she is done with this picture business. Carly comes out of the bathroom a minute later and she is drenched from head to toe!! And there I am with the camera in my hand and my jaw on the floor.
If any of you have little kids and you think the Christmas picture fiasco will get any easier, think again, it get worse!!!

You should have put them up for adoption, but they are just too beautiful to give away!!! Haha,

Can't help but laugh! Reminds me of growing up with FIVE sisters! There's one good reason Cassidy's the only girl. Another girl would bring 3x's the drama we already have.
